§ The LORD PRIVY SEAL (Lord Peart)My Lords, I beg to move the first Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. This Committee was first appointed on 19th July 1976 and a second report was published on 26th July last. The Committee has work in progress and will wish to consider any proposals which the House of Commons Committee may make affecting both Houses. I hope the House will agree to its reappointment.
