§ The LORD CHANCELLOR rose to move, That the Legal Aid (Matrimonial Proceedings) Regulations 1977, laid before the House on 15th February, be approved. The noble and learned Lord said: I should like, if I may, formally to move the second set of regulations which are my responsibility; namely, the Legal Aid (Matrimonial Proceedings) Regulations 1977.
