My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 113. At the same time I should like to speak to Amendments Nos. 113A, 113B, 113C and 113D. Amendment No. 113 which was accepted in another place at Report stage increased the maximum fine for failing to make good a public park after ploughing from £50 to £200. This is a relatively modest increase in the maximum fine for an offence which can cause great concern to ramblers. The maximum fine was last
