It consolidates Section 16 of the Rent Act 1957 and Part III of the Rent Act 1965 and related enactments which deal with the protection of tenants from eviction and harassment and with notices to quit. If your Lordships agree, the Bill will be referred to the Joint Committee in the usual way. My Lords, I beg to move.
