§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a second time. It is a consolidation Bill with a Memorandum containing certain corrections and minor improvements under the Consolidation of Enactments (Procedure) Act 1949. It consolidates Part III and Schedule 8 of the Civil Aviation Act 1971 and the relevant supplementary provisions from Part IV of that Act with provisions of the Air Corporations Act 1967 and the Air Corporation (Dissolution) Order 1973.
