§ Lord KIRKHILLMy Lords, with the leave of the House, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 15 and 16. These are purely drafting Amendments to avoid repetition in Clause 6(7) of wording already embodied in subsection (6) of the clause, and also to make it clear that the precise form of the action to be taken under subsection (7) is to be decided by the Registrar General rather than by the district registrar.
