Viscount LONGMy Lords, we come back to the argument about the word "district". But, as the noble Lord said, this Amendment is consequential, so we feel we shall have to leave it at that. No doubt there will be a problem later about the words "district" and "area", and distance to be travelled. However, we will leave it at that.
