HL Deb 15 November 1976 vol 377 cc1014-5

56 Clause 15, page 17, leave out lines 36 and 37.

The Commons disagreed to this Amendment for the following Reason:

57 Because they would exclude earas within which work should be capable of being considered for classification.

Lord ORAM

My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth not insist on their Amendment No. 56, to which the Commons have disagreed, but propose in lieu thereof the Amendment to page 17, lines 36 and 37 set out in the Manuscript List.

Moved, That this House doth not insist on the said Amendment, to which the Commons have disagreed, but agree to the following Amendment in lieu thereof: Page 17, leave out lines 36 and 37 and insert—"definable dock area has the meaning given by section 4".—(Lord Oram.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
