§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 9, 10 and 11, and with the consent of the House I will do so en bloc. These Amendments all cover a similar point on paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 1 to the Bill. They would correct three mistakes in the Bill and bring it into line with the enactments consolidated, by inserting the missing words "or on behalf of" in three places.
