§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 6. This Amendment would correct a mistake in the Bill and bring it into line with the enactments consolidated, by substituting "or" for "and" in Clause 64(5) so as to make the second reference there to "character and annual value" read "character or annual value".
