977§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 5. This would correct a mistake in the Bill and bring it into line with the enactments consolidated, by substituting "board" for "authority" in Clause 56(1)(c).
