§ Lord WINTERBOTTOMMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 50 and 51. As I said, I hope this is downhill all the way now. I should like, if I may, to take No. 51 with No. 50. These are drafting Amendments. They clarify the provision in subsection (4) relating to the period of grace during which companies can resubmit documents without becoming liable or increasing any liability for default. I beg to move.
