§ Lord WINTERBOTTOMMy Lords, with the permission of the House, I should like to move Amendments Nos. 8 to 10 en bloc. These are merely drafting Amendments. They provide that subsections (3) and (4) of Clause 3 should become subsection (3)(a) and (3)(b). The two subsections specify circumstances under which a notice under subsection (2) 814 shall not have effect. As the provisions are so closely linked, it would be clearer if they were to be combined. I beg to move.
