783§ Lord STRABOLGIMy Lord, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 3. As Clause 1 now contains all the qualifications as to the making of orders, including those that were formerly contained in Clause 3(2) and (3), this subsection is no longer required.
