§ Baroness LLEWELYN-DAVIES of HASTOEMy Lords, with the leave of the House, I will make a Statement about next Thursday's debate on the First Report from the Joint Broadcasting Comittee on Broadcasting. Last week I drew 1140 your Lordships' attention to the model commentary box in the front of the Press Gallery which was constructed to help the House in considering the Joint Committee's proposals. May I point out that the model has been modified, following a suggestion that the railings should be lowered in order to improve visibility from the Public Galleries. The size of the commentary box remains unchanged.
