§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a second time. Again, it is a pure consolidation Bill. It consolidates those provisions of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1956 which relate to the constitution, membership and administration of the Restrictive Practices Court and the procedural provisions of the 1956 Act, common to all aspects of the court's jurisdiction. The Bill will be considered by the Joint Committee in the usual way. I beg to move.
§ Moved, That the Bill be now read 2a. —(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Bill read 2a, and referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills.
