line 30, at end insert "as the subsection would apply at the time of the request if a notice were required to be displayed at all times after receipt of a notice under subsection (1) and to take account of any notice received under subsection (2A)".
§ Baroness BIRKMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 10 and 11 en bloc. These Amendments are consequential on Amendment No. 7. Amendment No. 10 is purely drafting, and Amendment No. 11 provides that the written information to be given by the site operator on request from a caravanner is to contain the information given in the latest notice received by the site operator from the valuation officer. I beg to move.
