§ Baroness BIRKMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 9, and in speaking on this I will explain Amendment No. 9A, which remedies a drafting error. Amendment No. 9 is consequential to Amendment No. 7, and removes the original provisions which related to the requirement to display the notice in the first year only. The Government Amendment—that is, Amendment No. 9A—corrects a purely drafting error in Amendment No. 9. I beg to move.
