§ Lord LOVELL-DAVISMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 53 and 54 en bloc. These Amendments make it clear that any expenditure which the Agency incur at the direction of the Secretary of State under Clause 10 724 in giving selective financial assistance, comes from the Consolidated Fund rather than the National Loans Fund. They follow Amendments made to the Industry Bill on Third Reading in this House, and to the Scottish Development Agency Bill in the other place. I beg to move.
