Schedule 3, page 25, line 25, at end insert—
("(3) If a report so laid sets out a direction under section 1 above which was given in connection with the Agency's functions under subsection (3)(b) or (bb) of that section, but a copy of which has not been laid in accordance with subsection (8A) of that section, a statement of the reason why the copy was not so laid shall be annexed to the Agency's report by the Secretary of State, and the said subsection (8A) shall not apply to the direction.").
