§ Clause 25, page 15, line 5, leave out ("this Act") and insert ("any provision of this Act other than section 19")
§ Lord LOVELL-DAVISMy Lords, I beg to move that this House cloth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 46. Clause 25(1) provides that any power to make an order conferred by this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument. This Amendment excludes from this requirement the making of a compulsory purchase order. I beg to move.
