§ Clause 7, page 6, line 10, leave out from ("given") to end of line 11 and insert ("in relation to a specific act of the Agency or in relation to all acts of a class or description specified in the approval, and may be given subject to such conditions as may be so specified").
§ Lord KIRKHILLMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No.26. This Amendment allows my right honourable friend the Secretary of State to issue" class approvals" to proposed Agency environmental schemes, instead of having to approve every scheme individually. It seems to me that this is a very sensible improvement.
