§ Lord STRABOLGIMy Lords, with the leave of the House, my noble friend Lord Jacques will repeat a Statement on the Sandi lands Report on inflation accounting at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. A statement is also being made in another place to day about business to be taken in the EEC Council of Ministers during December. With the leave of the 272 House I will, as usual, arrange for the Statement to be made available in the Official Report.
