§ The LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 9. There is a long chapter of agreement which I have invited your Lordships to consider, which may be in some contrast to the subsequent proceedings in the House. This Amendment effects a minor consequential repeal which I do not think needs elaboration. I beg to move.
