My Lords, with the permission of the House. I should like to move another major block of Amendments together, comprising Nos. 288 to 293, all relating to Schedule 3. I think that these are part of this whole question of drafting and similar Amendments. I beg to move them en blocin the spirit stated by the noble Lord, Lord Elton. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the commons in their Amendments Nos. 288 to 293 en bloc.
