§ Baroness LLEWELYN-DAVIES of HASTOEMy Lords, I have to announce that my noble friend the Leader of the House will make a Statement on Peers' expense allowances immediately after I have sat down. At a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Hughes will repeat a Statement on the employment figures. This will be followed by a Statement, which my noble friend Lord Beswick will read, on the meeting of the EEC council of Agricultural Ministers on 21st and 22nd July.
