491§ Baroness BIRKMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 1 and 2. Without these Amendments the Bill would not ensure that the enforcement authority receives a copy of the report which Clause 9 requires to be made by a qualified civil engineer on an abandoned reservoir which the undertaker planned to bring back into use.
