§ 2.52 p.m.
Lord CAMPBELL of CROYMy Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.
The Question was as follows:
To ask Her Majesty's Government what have been the main effects of the blockade of ports by fishing vessels and what action Her Majesty's Government have taken.
§ The MINISTER of STATE, SCOTTISH OFFICE (Lord Hughes)My Lords, since the noble Lord, Lord Campbell of Croy, tabled this Question, it has been arranged that a Statement will be made in another place by my honourable friend the Under-Secretary of State for Scotland. With the leave of the House, I hope to repeat that Statement at a suitable moment after half-past three. I think it would suit the noble Lord if I were to defer an Answer to his Question until then.
