§ THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF LISTOWEL)My Lords, the purpose of my Motion is to provide 500 an opportunity to correct an error, whereby this Bill was sent to another place without the necessary Privilege Amendment to remove a clause dealing with the payment of stamp duty. I must apologise to your Lordships for this mistake and for taking up the time of the House in order to put it right. If your Lordships are good enough to agree to this Motion, I will table another Motion next week which will enable the Privilege Amendment to be made. My Lords, I beg to move.
