After Clause 18 insert the following new clause:Recording of extract orders of Lands Tribunal. 1949 c. 42. 1970 c. 35.Section 3(12)(d) of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 (as inserted by section 50(2) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970) and section 2(4) of the said Act of 1970 shall have effect, and shall be deemed always to have had effect, with the substitution, in both of those provisions, for the word 'order' of the words 'extract of an order'". —(Lord Hughes.)On Question, Amendment agreed to.
