§ The Question was as follows:
§ To ask Her Majesty's Government what progress has been made in the discussions between E.E.C. Foreign Ministers and representatives of fifty developing countries regarding conditions of trade and what part the United Kingdom is taking in these negotiations.
§ LORD GORONWY-ROBERTSMy Lords, my right honourable friend the Minister for Overseas Development is making a Statement in another place this morning; and with the permission of your Lordships' House I shall then repeat it.
