§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7. This Amendment requires the Lord Chancellor to publish general directions given to lay observers under new Section 28A, and it has been thought fit that these directions should be available for public consideration. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 7.
