§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 6. This Amendment allows lay observers appointed under Clause 7 to be reappointed after vacating office. The Amendment is a common form provision in relation to appointments which may be made for a limited term. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 6.
