§ Moved, That the Emergency Regulations 1974 made by Her Majesty in Council on January 9, 1974, under the Emergency Powers Act 1920 shall continue in force after the expiration of the period mentioned in Section 2(2) of the said Act, subject to the provisions of section 2(4) thereof.—(Lord Windlesham.)
