My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the first Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That in the event of the National Insurance Bill being received from the Commons, Standing Order No. 44 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be dispensed with for the purpose of taking the First and Second Readings of the Bill on Tuesday April 30.—(Baroness Llewelyn-Davies of Hastoe.)
