HL Deb 22 May 1973 vol 342 c1098
LORD MOWBRAY AND STOURTON

My Lords, before moving that this Bill be now read a third time, I should like to say a word in reply to the noble Lord, Lord Hughes. Yesterday I failed to say in explanation that this Bill enables the trustees of the port and harbour of Lerwick not only to acquire land to carry out works for the improvement of the harbour but also to borrow money for the undertaking. I omitted to make that point yesterday. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a. —(Lord Mowbray and Stourton.)

On Question, Bill read 3a, and passed.
