LORD ABERDARE

My Lords, if I may move Amendments Nos. 35 and 36 together, Nos. 35 gives power by Order to modify the enactments dealing with the licensing and insurance of vehicles where the use of National Health Service vehicles is made available under Clause 11 to local authorities. Amendment No. 36 to Clause 13 makes similar provision in respect of vehicles the use of which is made available to voluntary bodies under Clause 13. I beg to move.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(Lord Aberdare.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
