§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 14 and 15.
The purpose of these Amendments is to fill two unintentional gaps in the Secretary of State's powers of direction in two respects. They are unintentional gaps, and unless the noble Baroness wants any further explanation I beg to move.
