§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 100. This corrects an omission, and ensures that regulations can cover other aspects of the appointment of chairmen and members as well as the tenure of office. The power will be used, for example, to prescribe the procedure for filling vacancies on authorities and the circumstances in which a person is to be disqualified from membership.
