Clause 56, page 50, line 36, at end insert—
(3A) An order bringing any provision of the said Schedule 5 into force as mentioned in the preceding subsection may, without prejudice as therein mentioned, provide that any orders, regulations or other instruments in force by virtue of that provision shall continue in force and an instrument continued in force in pursuance of this subsection may be varied or revoked by regulations.
