Clause 18, page 24, line 12, leave out "prescribed descriptions" and insert "descriptions specified in the order
§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, this Amendment makes it possible to specify descriptions of the staff concerned in a transfer order under Clause 18(4), without the necessity for making separate regulations. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment.
