§ LORD ABERDAREMy Lords, if I may at the same time as moving Amendment No. 46 speak to Amendments Nos. 48, 60 and 67, these are four drafting Amendments related to each other. The purpose of the last one, to which all the others refer, is to include in the meaning of "local health authority" in Clause 55 a joint board constituted in pursuance of Section 19 of the National Health Service Act 1946 and a body exercising delegated functions of such an authority in pursuance of Section 46 of the Local Government Act 1958. I beg to move.
