§ LORD DRUMALBYNMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 10 and 11. The purpose of these two Amendments is to remove any doubt that where the Secretary of State specifies a number of persons in accordance with subsection (1) of Clause 12 to carry out any search covered by protection given under Clause 9(1) or Clause 10, 1544 or in accordance with Clause 12(4) in respect of any measures including the guarding of aircraft or aerodromes covered by the direction under Clause 11, the number of persons specified shall be the minimum number. This was the intention, and I beg to move.
