My Lords, with the leave of the House, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lady Tweedsmuir of Belhelvie will be making a Statement on the breakdown of the Icelandic fishery talks. Also at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble and learned friend the Lord Chancellor will be repeating a Statement made by my right honourable friend the Prime Minister on the Poulson bankruptcy proceedings.
