My Lords, in order to save the time of the House I would ask your Lordships' permission to take together Amendments which are related to each other. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in Amendment No. 1. This Amendment makes clear that young persons—that is, over school age but under 18—are covered by the duty of education authorities to encourage and assist pupils to take advantage of facilities for medical and dental treatment provided under the clause. This was an Opposition Amendment accepted by the Government in another place. I beg to move.
