My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Jellicoe, I beg leave to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

§ Moved, That a Select Committee be appointed for the general supervision of arangements relating to leave of absence, and that the Lords following, with the Chairman of Commitees, be named of the Committee:
