§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 66. This Amendment inserts in the Repeal Schedule a reference to the words deleted from Section 45(2) of the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 by Clause 7(3) of the Bill.
