§ BARONESS PHILLIPSMy Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make provision, as respects England and Wales, for discontinuing the classification of handicapped children as unsuitable for education at school, and for supplementing awards under Section 1 and restricting awards under Section 2 of the Education Act 1962, and for purposes connected therewith.
