EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, I am sure that noble Lords in all parts of the House will be grateful to the noble Lord for that Statement. It was urged on the Government last summer, when we were sitting rather longer than another place that we should have some small compensation, and I am sure we are all most grateful to them for giving it.
