Clause 9, page 10,line 21, leave out "if objections thereto" and insert "which"

Clause 9, page 10, line 22, leave out "or and insert" but he shall not be obliged".

My Lords, Amendments Nos. 5, 6 and 7 are also drafting Amendments merely for the purpose of removing a possible source of ambiguity. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 5, 6 and 7.
